This is our most popular series of lockwashers that are coupled with N000 series locknuts. Lockwashers engage a keyway in a shaft or adapter sleeve slot, then locks the accompanying locknut in position by bending one of the washer tabs into the nut’s outside diameter slots.

- Lockwasher size range commonly used with series 230 spherical roller bearings.

- Standard Locknut sets the industry locknut standard
- W000 lockwashers have a 25 degree tang angle for easier locking.
- Can be mounted directly to the shaft or on an adapter sleeve.
- A new lockwasher should be used each time the corresponding N000 locknut and assembly is reinstalled.
- Unless otherwise specified, manufactured from AISI grade 1020 series steel.
- Most suitable for applications using cams, clutches, gears, pulleys, sprockets, and other general industry power transmission applications.
