WTH07 Standard Locknut Part Number
This series of lockwashers is coupled with NTH series locknuts. Lockwashers engage a keyway in a shaft or adapter sleeve slot, then locks the accompanying locknut in position by bending one of the washer tabs into the nut’s outside diameter slots.
Features and benefits
- Fast and simple to use mating component to a locknut.
- Lockwasher size range commonly used with series 231 and 232 spherical roller bearings.
- Positive lock system for the most rigorous applications.
- Standard Locknut sets the industry locknut standard
- WTH lockwashers have a 45 degree tang angle for easier locking.
- Can be mounted directly to the shaft or on an adapter sleeve.
- A new lockwasher should be used each time the corresponding NTH locknut and assembly is reinstalled.
- Unless otherwise specified, manufactured from AISI grade 1020 series steel.
- Most suitable for applications using cams, clutches, gears, pulleys, sprockets, and other general industry power transmission applications.
